We offer bespoke packages free of any additional disbursements, for families who may not require a traditional service, or for those that may prefer a non-religious/humanist ceremony.
Secure Haven will cover all areas of mainland UK. We will collect free of charge for the first 20 miles and then charge £1.50 per mile thereafter.
Yes, it is included in all our packages.
Secure Haven will accept the following payment options. These include, cash, BACS payment, bank transfer, cheque, PayPal and credit/debit cards except Amex. Please note that any PayPal and card payments will incur an additional 2% card usage fee. Cleared funds must be received no later than 2 days prior to the cremation on our Honesty and Serenity Packages. With the Sympathy and Tranquility Packages we require a deposit of 50% on arrangement and the balance to be paid within 7 days from receipt of invoice.
Should you wish to cancel our services for any reason, we will return payment to you for those parts of the service we have not provided.
Within 48 hours after the cremation the ashes will be collected by us and returned to our safe keeping in one of Secure Haven’s niches or they can be collected by the applicant
Yes and instructions will be given on the day by the funeral conductor. A full team of bearers will always be on hand also.
Yes if that is what is requested otherwise a gown will be provided.
Yes we can arrange for you to complete our Funeral Wishes Form which will be safely stored at our facility until time of need.
